dated DE 19 1846 on folded-out side flap of entire with full enclosure marked Paid 1/- in red (courtesy pre-payment) to Banffshire.
T+H handbook does not list the O code. Seven examples are currently recorded, four in red period DE 19 1846 to JU 3 1847; three in black period AU 3 1847 to OC 19 1847.
