1857 Type 0.2 numeral on stampless mail
front (truncated along base) plus upper flap showing Trinidad MY 10 1857 dbl-arc (compulsory prepayment on letters to UK effective as of FE 1 1858).
The use of type 0.2 numerals on stampless mail is exceptionally unusual and the only other example known to me was in the Ramkissoon sale (lot 2024) which showed combination Crowned Circle and Head Office 0.2 1.
