1925 Booklet remainders interpanneau pair
Die II KGV 1d (SG.16b) used 15 AP 30.
The sheets had horizontal blocks of 10 stamps removed for booklets leaving horizonatl interpanneau pairs. Rather than considering these as waste they were put back into the Post Office for sale as normal stock.
