This provisional was placed on sale on MR 18 1885 and was used on local mail with the K datestamp for eleven days MR 18 to MR 28 1885 with first dated K on newly arrived QV 1d red (SG.48) known pmkd K AP 2 1885. Overseas mail being cancelled with the vertical A10 making this an in-period commercial cover. £950 |
