VINCENT cds (6 pages), Kingstown cds in red ink (2 pages), Kingstown in black ink (7 pages), G.P.O. cds (3 pages), miscellaneous (2 pages) with LATE FEE and a re-construction of the 4-line "RECEIVED/GOVT. OFFICE/ST. VINCENT/JAN 18 1900" as old QV stocks were withdrawn from sale 31 December 1899 and seemingly sent to the Treasury for cancellation and most subsequently destroyed.
