A07 (Roseau) plus A07 (Portsmouth) combination, Dominica postmarks/cancels
the vertical "A07" used Roseau and thin barred horizontal "A07" re-allocated to Portsmouth on Leewards 1890 QV 1d (SG.2), an extremely rare combination.
The thin barred horizontal "A07" was transferred from Roseau to Portsmouth in about 1888.

paying the combined 4d UPU rate plus 2d Late Fee charge on 1877 QV 6d green CC wmk P.14 (SG.8), scarce as such.
Only one cover pmk'd MR 17 1888 is currently recorded with this LATE FEE handstamp addressed to C.W. & W Gray in London bearing QV 1d carmine pair, QV 4d grey.
