(T.5) in blue dated sideways facing down C/OC 28 93 on QV 2½d (SG.14).
The long standing McCaig/Proud ERD for this cancel remains as C/OC 7 93, only two examples with sideways down C code are recorded by me, the other dated C/OC 26 93. Nearest normal C codes are C/OC 14 93 and C/NO 10 93.
