BERMUDA postal history
1937 prepaid cover for indirect "accelerated rate" service via USA to Jamaica with Bermuda KG6 2d Coronation pmk'd Hamilton 24 NOV 37 and USA 15c Airmail pmk'd New York NOV 26 37 duplex to Jamaica Times, Kingston, Jamaica.
This cover was carried under the scheme whereby mails from overseas, instead of being carried by slower surface transport, could be accelerated by air from the USA provided that the current air fee was pre-paid in U.S. stamps

Cover soiled with peripheral base tear and GB QV 6d with pale colour. A UNIQUE FRANKING TO JAMAICA.
