1898 cover addressed to Capt. L.D. Baker, Port Antonio with QV 1d Keyplate (SG.27) tied Bowden JA 20 98 d/ring, various transit b/stamps. A two page enclosure with printed headings of Boston Fruit Company, L.D. Baker, Manager Jamaica Division is addressed My dear Husband and signed Your loving wife Martha. Capt. Baker along with Andrew Preston and Minor Keith founded the United Fruit Company in the following year on March 30th, 1899.
